Pauline Burr

Over 12 years ago I opened Naturally U to create a place where the community can escape the stress of daily life and experience an environment in which it is warm, friendly and safe just to be.

During this time I have had the privilege to work with many clients to improve their health and wellbeing.

For some this has been through massage addressing physical concerns such as headaches, muscular pain and tension and pregnancy discomfort; for others it has been through reiki during times of change, grief and trauma; for some meditation for stress management.

Regardless of why a client has chosen to see me, I approach each session with the intention to support, nurture and heal in order to assist my clients to restore their health and wellbeing.

Jessica Haynes

After working as a qualified chef for over 15 years, Jess gained an understanding of the strain placed on your body by a physically demanding and stressful environment.

It is this experience that has lead Jess to a career in promoting natural healing where she enjoys helping others to gain a better quality of life.

At the beginning of her treatments Jess will first establish the reason for the massage and then tailor the massage to meet the specific needs of each client.

Whether delivering a remedial massage to relieve headaches, back pain, pregnancy discomfort or relaxation massage Jessica works diligently to restore balance to the body.

Jessica has a Remedial Massage Diploma from Evolve College (formerly A.C.M.) and is a member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia. She also has a Traditional Thai Massage Certificate.

Laura Usher

From a young age Laura took an interest in alternative ways to work with and heal the body.

She is a Reiki Master, however, uses a combination of modalities in her intuitive healing sessions.

Each session is tailored to the client’s individual energy signature and needs. As well as Reiki, she utilises techniques from Pranic Healing, Crystal Healing (Liquid Crystal Practitioner), Art Therapy, Acupressure and Sound Healing.

In studying these modalities Laura formed the belief that there is great importance in releasing physical, emotional and energetic blockages or problems from the body.

Having a balanced physical and energy body is paramount to ones health as a whole, as well as creating greater understanding of ones self and surroundings.
