Remedial Massage Therapist (AAMT)
Reiki Practitioner (ARC)

Pauline began Naturally U Health and Well Being in 2004 after developing a passion for natural therapies when working in senior management and seeing the health implications relating to work pressure and life stress.
As a qualified relaxation and remedial massage therapist Pauline draws upon a number of complimentary natural therapies including dry needling, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, and flower essences to provide her clients with a holistic healing experience.

Lucy Banks

Reflexologist

Lucy has been a part of the Naturally U team since November 2010 having studied remedial massage and reflexology in Brisbane before moving to Melbourne. Lucy is now undertaking studies in naturopathy to further continue her love of natural therapies. Lucy's treatments are ideal for people who enjoy remedial work with a relaxation element – her aim is to help your mind switch off, albeit briefly from the world outside our door.
