- What healthy things do you want to do more of?
- What triggers unhealthy habits?
- Why and when? You need strategies, how will you make healthy changes?
- Who can you turn to for support?
When you spend a little time planning this out, you won’t be leaving your health to chance, you’ll be taking control!
